We take every care to make sure that the goods you receive from Maple & Rose exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or the goods arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know at [email protected].
You have up to 21 days to return the goods from the date of dispatch.
We will be happy to make an exchange or a refund providing the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition and with original tags intact. Used or damaged goods cannot be refunded or exchanged (this does not apply to faulty goods). We are also unable to refund or exchange pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Please fill out the returns form included with your order or print off from your order here. Please reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. All return items should be sent to:

We recommend items be returned using a traceable method such as Recorded or Special Delivery – and that you retain your proof of purchase. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.
Your statutory rights are not affected; details of these rights are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
If you have received a gift from Maple & Rose which you are not happy with, we will issue you with a credit voucher via email for the full amount. Please return the unwanted gift with the gift receipt included with your order and follow the steps above.
Once your return has been received you will receive a confirmation email for the refund. The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment and can take up to three weeks once the item is received. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of a credit voucher which will be emailed to you.
Maple & Rose is not responsible for delivery charges on returned items or lost returns.
